Here we BOP quoted a mixed use building, with a Laundromat downstairs (tenant-not part of the quote), and a couple of apartments upstairs.
The Liability Quote Part was for limits of $1,000,000 Occurrence / $2,000,000 Aggregate, with Fire Legal Liability included for $100,000 (We had recommended more, to no avail; it was very very cheap).
The liability part of the premium was only $82 a year.
$250,000 in building Property Coverage included “Loss of Income – UNLIMITED”, Systems Breakdown Coverage, etc.
